Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
4ndday of February , 19 70 . The following members were presents
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz. Spaeth. Johnson and Kindseth
The following members were absent: None

Introduced the following Resolution and
RESOLUTION NO. 70-48
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT MMK8: RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYK X=.
Approval is hereby made of the regular payroll disbursement
for the payroll period ending January 30, 1970 in the amougt
of $16,326.02.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth . and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mivor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
spa rA_ _iehnson and Kindseth , and the following voted
against: Non
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. •
