Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of Peblary , 19 70 The following members were presents
Mayor gild. Councilman Ringo, Johnson, Kindeeth and Spaeth
The following members vere absent: None

moved its adoption:

introduced the following Resolution and
RESOLLTUM NO. 70-47
NOW THERJMRE, BE IT M3=T RESOLVED ST TILL VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYHOUTH.
The resignation is hereby accepted from Cheri Sampson
effective February 6■ 1970.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Spaeth, Rindseth and Johnson and the following voted
against:
none
Whereupon the i;esolutiom was declared duly passed and adopted.

of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
