Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of February . 19 70 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindaeth and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None

moved its adoption:

Introduced the following Resolution and
RESOLI,-noN No. 70-46
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT MUY RESOLVED BY THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLM40UTH.
Lawrence E. Rogers is hereby appointed as Patrolman for
the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota effective February
16. 1970 at the salary as specified in the files of the
Village Clerk.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
Councilman Spaeth
seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: IAAyor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth
Johnson, Hintz and Kindseth , and the following voted
against: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
