Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plyumth, Minnesota wait hold on the
26th day of January, 1970.
The following siemMrs were present: Mayor Rilde, Councils" Mints,
Spaeth, Jobnaon and iindseth. No one was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-43
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBT RESOLVED By THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TAE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
THE PLANNING COMMISSION ROSTER DATED JANUARY 1970 IS HEREBY
APPROVED.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hints and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilds, Couscilmse Hints, Spaeth,
Johnson and Rindsath. No one voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly possed and adopted.

the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
