Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
26th day of January. 1970.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Hints,
Spaeth. Johnson and Rindeath. No one was absent.
Councilman Hints introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-42
WHEREAS, a salary schedule for the Public Works Department
retroactive to January 1. 1970 was adopted, as presented January 26, 1970,
NOW. THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
Sever b Water Maintenance I $3.93 per hour
it II $4.09 "
1II $4.33
Street Maintenance I $3.93 per hour
of II $4:09 "
III $4.33
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
i following voted in favor thereof: Mayor,Hilde, Councilman Hints,
Spaeth, Johnson and Kindeath. There -were none who voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and°adopted.
