Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
26th day of January, 1970.
The follov#ag members wore present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hints,
Spaeth, Johnson and Kindseth. No one was absent.

Mayor'.Hilde introduced the following resolution and moved it's
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-61
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
Councilman T. Terry Johnson is hereby appointed as Acting Mayor.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hints and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted to favor thereof: Mayor Hiidel, Councilman hints,
Spaeth, Johnson and Rindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said reeolutida. was declared duly passsA, and adopted.
