HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-040VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thareof, a special meting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of January, 1970. The following mobers ora present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth,amd Spaeth. No one was absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 70-40 NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLY14DUTH AS- :FOLLOWS: 1. That the General Fund Disbursesent from the First Natieeel Sank of Wayzata for the period ending January 26, 1970 in the amount of $85,306.18 is herebiir- approved. 2. That the Construction 6 Sinking Fund Disbursement from the First National Sank of Minneapolis for the period ending January 26, 1970 In the amount of 52..#08,009.21 is hereby approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution Was duly seconded by Councilmen Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Spaeth, Johnson and Kindeeth.
