RESOLUTION ORD111MG PREPARATION,

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special seating of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hold on the
26th day of January, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hints, Johnson, [indsoth and Spaeth. There wore
no absent members.

Councilman Hints introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-39
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the general area east and north
of Parker's Lake and "sass the abutting property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.0111 to
429.111.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH: To i^Wtall sanitary sawar where required:, Project #70-1A.
"That the proposed improvement be refected to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be mads as
proposed or in connection with some other Im.,rovemoat and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recou mended."
The motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the. otion:
Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hints, Johnson, Spaeth and Xindseth.
and no one voted against. Whereupon the notion was declared duly passed
and adopted.
