VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th
day of January, 1970.

The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Spaeth, Kindseth and Johnson. No one was absent,
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved (_

its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-28

WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the area of Kreatz 6th
Addition and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the
i
cost of the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
That the proposed improvement.be referred to the Village Engineer
Consultant for study and that he is instructed to report to the
Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council in a pre-
liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and as to whether it should beat be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement and the estimated coat
of the improvement as recommended.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Spaeth. Hintze, Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted:

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held January 19, 1970, with
the original thereof: on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hang officially as such clerk and the corporate
