HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-026VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH !f' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of Janue ry, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Spaeth, Johnson and Kindseth. No one was absent. Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-26 i WHEREAS, The Highway Liquor Store, 3435 County Road #18 licensed by Vern C. Swanson had committed two liquor violations of the ordinance i of the Village of Plymouth. NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: TO SUSPEND THE LICENSE OF THE OFF SALE LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE HIGHWAY LIQUOR STORE FOR 45 DAYS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 23, 1970.: The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Spaeth, Johnson and Kindse%h. No one voted against. Whereupon s8 is resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STAU OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, itinnesota, hereby certify that I have care- fully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held January 19, 1970, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
