VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the f
i Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
i}{19th day of January, 197Q. ;
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hintz, Johnson and Kindsety. No one waa absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
ilits

RESOLUTION NO. 70-24
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held January 19, 1970 to install
(concrete curb and gutter in the area of 23rd and 28th Avenues of

Niagara and Fernbrook Lanes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VI, AGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
Final plans and specifications.are>ordered to be prepared
for installing curb and gutters in the area of 23rd and 28th Avenues
on the following described streets:
1. Proposed 28th Ave. N.: Niagara Lane to Vicksburg Lane
2. Proposed 27th Ave. No.: Fernbrook Lane to Proposed
Ranchview Lane.
3. Proposed Ranchview Lane; proposed 27th Ave. N. to 350 ft.
No. of proposed 28th Ave. N.
4. Proposed Circle Star Blvd: Fernbrook Lane to Niagara Lane.
S. Proposed 25th Ave. N; proposed Frontage-Roadto Fernbrook
Lane.
6. Proposed Frontage Road: Proposed 23rd Ave. N. to 300 ft.

7. Proposed 23rd Ave. No.: Proposed Frontage Road to

WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
for the making of this improvement was given ten days' published notice of
the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice
and the hearing was held and property owners heard on the 19th day of
January, 1970
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following.voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hintz,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
