VILLAGE 01- PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
AND
AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
Pursuant to dus,call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
j Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of January, 1970.
The following members were present: Mayor 8ilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Spaeth, Johnson and Kindseth. No one was absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-22
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 15th day t

of December, 1969 fixed the 19th day of January, 1970 as the date for
a public hearing on Project #69 -OE for water installation at 26th
to 36th Avenues and East Medicine Lake Boulevard with respect to the ,
following streets, to -wit:
1. 26th Avenue: Lancaster to Pilgrim Lane
2. Pilgrim Lane: 26th Avenue north to Lot 1, Block 5
3. Medicine Lake Blvd. Parkway realigned., 'from Lot 1, Block 5
to 29th Avenue through the southwest quarter of Section 24.
4. Medicine Lake Blvd: 29th Avenue to 36th Avenue
5. 36th Avenue: Medicine Lake Blvd. (Zachary) to point 1420 ft. east.
6. Concord Plat: 36th Avenue to 38th Avenue on Union Terrace'
7. 30th Avenue: Medicine Lake Blvd. to 430 feet east t
8. 32nd Avenue: Medicine Lake Blvd. to 1800 feet east
1 WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable: to be
assessed for the making of this improvement was given tan days'
' published notice of the Council hearing through two Weekly publi-
cations of the required notice and the hearing was held and property
owners heard on the 19th day of January, 1970.
I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF

PLYMOUTH:

j 1. Such improvement as set out above and for the streets as
above indicated are hermby ordered as: proposedin the Council {

2. The Village Engineering Consultant is hereby directed to
prepare final plans and specifications for the making of j
such improvements. j

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz. Spaeth,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting cleric
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held
January 19, 1970, with the original thereof on file in my office and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the same relates to Project #69 -OL.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 22nd day of January, 1970.
