t VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
jVillage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
7th day of January, 1970,
The following members Kaye present: Mayor (tilde, Councilmen Hintz,

Kindseth and Spaeth. Councilman Johnson was absent. ar

Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 70-19
! WHEREAS, a review of the 1970 Village Employee's Salaries wa: made,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: ".
To set the salaries of all village employees, except the Public Works'
employees, which is on file in the office of theActingClerk Adodaistrator
of the Village of Plymouth. ,
The nation for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hintz, Kindeath, Spaeth and Mayor
Hilda. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth., Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a special greeting of
lthe Village Council of said Village held January 7, 1970, with the i
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of I
the Village this 13th day of January, 1970.
