Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of January , 19.10 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde= CouneiLmen Hintz. Johnson. Kindseth and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70.12
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE REGULAR PAYROLL DISBURSEMENT FOR THE
PERIOD ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1469 IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,209,88.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson,
Kindseth and Spaeth . and the following voted .
against: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held January 5 , 1970 , with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
