Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of JUMM . 1970 . The following members were present:
Manor Uilde. Councll a Hints. Johnson. Licdseth and Soaeth.
The following members were absent: None

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-6
NOW TH IXVRT, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VIL..AGE OF PLIMOUTH: DIRECTING THE ACTING CLERK-ADMrNISTRATOR TO SEND A
LETTER TO THE MEDICINZ LAKZ LIMES■ 9625 36tH AVE. N., MINNEAPOLIS, MINK.
ALLOWING THEM TO PETITION THR PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION AND METkOPOLITAN
TRARSIr COMMISSION POR APPROVAL TO ADD BUS SERVICE IN PLYMOUTH VILLAGE.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hints , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Rilde, Councilmen Hints, Johnson,
Kindseth and Smreth . and the following voted
against; None - - -- - - - •
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I Lave carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a resalar meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held January 5 . 1970 with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
