Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reauls meeting of
the•Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of January . 19 70 . The following members were present:
Mayor Rilde. Camcilsim Gists. Johnson, [indseth and Spaeth.
The following ambers were absent: None

Counciia Jobs*= introduced the following Resolution and
coved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 70-5
NOW TbMRLFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLT1OUTH. DENlINC THE REQUEST TO ADJUST TRE ASSESSMENT FOR TRE
SOOTWEST II WVWW PROJRCT 060_-1H FOR THE PROPERTY AT 2905 WALNUT GROVE

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Comcilaan Rietz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: !la7or Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson,
[indseth and Spaeth. , and the following voted
against: Rose
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a retmlar meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held Jamas 5 , 19 70 . with the original
thereof on file in nay office and the name is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
