Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of J =Marr , 1919__. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adopti,n:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-4
NOW THERLFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLY:;OUTfi: DENYING THE REQUEST TO ADJUST THE SOUTHWEST IMPROVE-
MENT PROJECT 068-1E ASSESSMENT BY LYLE HUGHES ON HIS PROPERTY AT 17635D
COUNTY ROAD 024.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth , and the following voted
against: None
11hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, :eing the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held January 5 , 1970 , with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
