HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-003VILLAGE OF PLY14OUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a REGULAR meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of January 1970 The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Jchason, Kindseth and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and coved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-3 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: DIRECTING THE BUILDING INSPECTOR NOT TO ISSUE A BUILDING PERMIT TO METRO-RILEY ASSOCIATES FOR THE U. S. METRO APARTMENT COMPLEg PROPOSED AT LANCASTER LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 618 UNTIL APPROVAL TO ISSUE SAME IS GIVEN BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. , and the following voted against: None 1:1hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
