Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular aeettnR o, the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held mn the 5th day of
January, 1970. The following umbers were present: Mayr- Hi ue, CounLilmen
Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. The following members were absent: NONE.

Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 70-2
WHEREAS, U.S. Metro requested Site Plan approval for the proposed apartnant,
complex on Lancaster Lane and County Road 918.
NOW THEREFORE, U IT HEFrBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE

OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE SITE PLAN OF THE U.S. METRO APARTMENT COMPLEX TO
BE LOCATED ON LANCASTER LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 918 TO BE DEVELOPED BY METRO-:tILET
iASSOCIATES, 5100 EDINA INDUSTRIAL BLVD., MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. CONTINGENY UPON

;RECEIVING IN WRITING ASSURANCE THAT THE PROJECT ON THE WHOLE WILL BE COMPLETED
!AND THE BUILDINGS IN FULL OCCUPANT CONDITION AT THE TIME SPECIFIED AND SUCH
(PLANS TO INCORPORATE :lESIGN STANDARDS SPECIFIED IN THE VILLAGE PLANNING CON-

,SULTANT'S SITE PLAN REVIEW DATED OCT. 29, 1969 AND SUBJECT TO:
(1.) MOVE THE BUTLDIIG PIAN 10' SOUTH 1
(2.) LOWERING THE OUTSIDE PARKING LOT 4'
(3.) SUBMIT A DETAILED SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLAN TO THE PLANNER FOR
APPROVAL j
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
l�seconded by Councilman Johnson. and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
:,voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and
`Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark-
Admiuiatrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, herehy certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held January 5, 1970, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
