Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular_ meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on the 5th day
of Jan ry , 19 70. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde
Councilaen Hintz, Johnson, Kindaeth and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None

Counciluan .1 math introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.- 70-1
WHEREAS, Mr. David Tessman, 5303 33rd Avenue North, Minneapolis, Minnesota
requested a 10' variance to the required 50' setback for Late 3, 4 and 5, Block
1 Wedgewood Hills.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE 10' VARIANCE TO THF REQUIRED 50' SETBACK FOR
LOTS 3, 4 AND 5, BLOCK 1, WEDGVMW HILLS REQUFMED BY MR. DAVID TESiDW, 5303
33RD AVE. NO., MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Johnson , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hintz, Johnson. Kindeeth and
Syaeth and the following voted against: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held January 5 , 19 70 , with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and com-
plete transcript therefrom.
