AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PLYMOUTH CITY CODE, SECTION 900 RE'.ARDING KENNELS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Section 915.09, Subdivision 1., is hereby amended
to read as follows:
915.09. Kennels . Subdivision 1. Kennel Licenses. No persofi shall own, harbor
or keep custody of three or more dogs over six four months old on their property
without having first secured a private kennel license as required herein.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council the nth day of October , 198L.
