ORDINANCE NO. 87-14
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS AT 3635 STATE
HIGHWAY 101 AS R -1A (LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance 80-9 of the City of Plymouth, Min-
nesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing the classifica-
tion on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development)
District to R -1A (low density single family residential) District with respect to the
nereinafter described property:

Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the development
Of said property only in accordance with the General Development Fl in No. 87015,
subject to the plat and site plan approvals.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance is effective upon adoption and
publication of said Ordinance.
Adopted by the City Council 1st day of June , 1987 .

That part of the
South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, and
of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, lying
Southwesterly of the following -described line: Commencing at the
Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter; thence North along the East line thereof 704 feet to the
point of intersection of said East line with the centerline of
Medina Road, said point being the point of beginning of the line
being described; thence deflecting left 550 50' along said
centerline a distance of 1400 feet; thence on said centerline
along a tangential curve to the left having a radius of 700 feet
to its intersection with the West line of said South Half of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, and there ending;
EXCEPT the Northeasterly 33 feet of said property;
ALSO EXCEPT that part of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter described as follows:
Coomencing at the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter; thence North along the East line thereof
290.67 feet to the point of beginning of the exception being
described; thence continuing North 413.33 feet to the point of
intersection of said East line with the centerline of Medina
Road; thence deflecting left 550 50' along said centerline a
distance of 577.6 feet; thence deflecting left 900 a distance of
342 feet; thence deflecting left to the point of beginning.
ALSO EXCEPT that part of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter described as follows: Comencing at the Southeast corner
of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence North
�. along the East line thereof 704 feet to the point of intersection
of said East line with the centerline of Medina Road; thence
deflecting left 550 50' along said centerline a distance of 637.6
feet to the point of beginning of the exception being described;
thence continuing on last -said course along said centerline 330
feet; thence deflecting left 900 a distance of 433 feet; thence
deflecting left 900 a distance of 330 feet; thence deflecting
left to the point of beginning;
ALSO SUBJECT to an easement .for highway purposes over the East 33
feet of said property; All in Section 18, Township 118 North,
Range 24 West.
