Section 1. Section 720.17 (b) of Chapter VII of the City Code is amended to
read:
(b) Volume Charge. A charge of $ A-$-fi@-per one thousand gallons of
water used shall be made to each water account. In those instances
where there is no adequate water meter history, the measure of
usage shall be that used for similar classes of property similarly
situated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication
and applies to bills rendered after June 8, 1987.
