ORDINANCE No. 87- 0;
An ordinance relating to Disposition of Unclaimed Property;
amending Plymouth City Code, Subsection 315.03, Subdivision 4.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Sec. 1. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 315.03, Subdivision 4 is
amended to read:
Subd. 4. Sale. If the property remains unclaimed in
the possession of the City for 60 days, the property
may be used by the City for its own purposes or may
shall be sold to the highest bidder at a public auction
conducted by the Chief of Police of the City after two
weeks' published notice setting forth the time and
place of the sale and the property to be sold.
Sec. 2. This ordinance is effective upon its adoption and
publication.
Adopted this 6th day of April , 1987.
