AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO NUISANCES: AMENDINF
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE, SECTION 2010 BY
ADDING SUBDIVISIONS, REPEALING
SUBSECTION 2010.01, SUBDIVISION 2
THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, subsection 2010.01,
subdivision 2 is repealed.
Section 2. Plymouth City Code, section 2010.01 is
amended by adding the following subdivisions:
Subd. 2. Abatement. Whenever the officer who is
