HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1985-15CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 85-15 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUILDING PERMIT, PLAN REVIEW, AND ZONING AND SUBDIVISION FEES AND OTHER PERMIT FEES AND CHARGES; AMENDING SECTIONS 1015.11, 1015.21, and 1015.23 THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1015.11, Subdivision 2 (a) is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) Plan Review Fees. Plan review fees required by the ordinance shall be: [in accordance with the following provisions and shall be in force on the effective dates shown. Upon effective date of each respective plan review fee schedule, the preceding schedule shall be superseded.] [0) The following plan review fees will be effective through June: 20, 1981: Residential plans - No fee Commercial, industrial plans - 65% of the builidng permit fee.) [(2) Beginning July 1, 1981 the following plan review fees shall be effective:] Residential plans - 65% of the building permit fee. Commercial, industrial plans - 65% of the building permit fee. Section 2. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1015.11, Subdivision 2 (b) is hereby amended to read as follows and by the repeal of subparagraphs (1) and (2) in their entirety and the deletion of the preamble to subparagraph (3) so that the adopted fee schedule is that provided under existing subparagraph (3): (b) Building Permit Fees. Building permit fees required by this ordinance shall be in accordance with the following provisions and shall be [in force on the effective dates shown.
