ORDINANCE NO. 85-14
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED AT 3220
XENIUM LANE AS R-2 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE) DISTRICT
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance 80-9 of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, adopted dune 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter
described property:
Block 1, Lots 1 - 19, CATES PLYMOUTH CREEKSIDE ESTATES, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the development
of said property only in accordance with the General Development Plan No. 85019 subject
to the plat and site plan approvals.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
