ORDINANCE NO. 85-11
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN THE NORTHWEST
QUADRANT OF BASS LAKE ROAD AND HEMLOCK LANE TO R -1A AND B-3 (MPUD 85-1)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance 80-9 of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing the
classification FRD (future restricted development) to R -1A (low density single family
residential) and B-3 (service business district) on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map
with respect to the hereinafter described property:
Blocks 1 through 5, Outlots A, B, C, D, F, and G. Bass Lake Estates to R -1A (low
density single family residential) AND
Outlot E, Bass Lake Estates, to B-3 (service business district), Hennepin County,
Minnesota
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the development
of said property only in accordance with the General Development Plan No. 84091 (MPUD
85-1), subject to the plat and site plan approvals.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council 15th day of April , 1985.
