AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED NORTH OF
MINNESOTA WESTERN RAILWAY AND EAST OF WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE TO R-2 (LOW DENSITY
MULTIPLE RESIDENCE) DISTRICT (A-186)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance 80-9 of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing the
classification R-3 (medium density multiple residence) District to R-2 (low density
multiple residence) District on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the
hereinafter described property:
Lot 1, Block 1, Sunrise Bay Estates, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council 26th day of November. , 1964 .
