ORDINANCE NO. 84-27
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO RESTRICTIONS ON
PURCHASE AND CONSUMPTION OF LIQUOR BY
PERSONS UNDER 19 YEARS OF AGE;"AMENDING
SECTION 1210.15, SUBD. 3, OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY
CODE; AND SECTION 1210.19, SUBDS. 2, 3, 4 AND 5
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Section 1210.15, Subdivi-
sion 3, is amended to read:
1210.15. Subd. 3. Consumption by Minors. No
minor shall be permitted to consume beer on the
licensed premises ars�ess-neeetnpanied-by-hts
parent-er-�egn�-gtserdtan.
Section 2. Plymouth City Code, Section 1210.19, Subds. 2,
3, 4 and 5 are amended to read:
1210.19. Subd. 2. Inducing Purchase. No person
shall induce a minor to purchase or procure bee;:
or intoxicating liquor.
Subd. 3. Procurement. No person other than
the parent or legal guardian shall procure beer
or intoxicating liquor for any minor.
Subd. 4. Possession. No minor shall have
beer or intoxicating liquor in his possession
with the intent to consume it at a place other
than the household of his parent or guardian;
possession of beer or intoxicating liquor at a
place other than the household of his parent
or guardian is prima facie evidence of intent
to consume it at a place other than the house-
hold of his parent or guardian.
Subd. 5. Consumption. No minor shall
consume beer or intoxicatingting liquor unless in
the eempany h-o—m—e-73Y his parent or guardian and
with the consent of his parent or guardian.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect -pon its
passage and publication.
