HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1984-26CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 84-26 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PLANNING AND LAND USE REGU- LATIONS BY AMENDING SUBSECTION 500.27 OF THE CITY CODE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The Plymouth City Code, Subsection 500.27, is amended to read: 500.27. Basic Improvements Required in Developments. Subdivision 1. Policy. �e�€ey-e€-eke-E€y-tea-as As soon as practicable after approval of the proposed plat, Pe�t� Pi e-lie-3Rsa�€sex-a€-a��-a€-€#ie €e�€eta€xg-€ax�Peveexs-to€k}�-€lie-st���€v€s€exT the developer shall arrange for the installation of telephone, electrics and natura &as service and for the installation of all of the following improvements within the subdivision: (a) Sanitary sewage disposil (b) Street grading and paving (c) Concrete curb and gutter (d) Boulevard sodding (e) Drainage (f) Water Subd. 2. Supervision. Except for telephone, electrical and natural gas service, the installation of the above improvements shall be under the control and supervision of the City Engineer who shall specify the manner in which such installations shall be made. Subd. 3. Monuments. No final plat shall be approved by the Council unless the owner or subdivider shall have placed the installed survey monuments of a permanent character at all points as shown on the final plat as required by the Engineer and the County Surveyor. All United States, state, county or other official bench marks, monuments or triangu- lation stations in or adjacent to the property shall be pre- served in precise position. Section 2.
