ORDINANCE NO. 84-25
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE LICENSING OF SIGN CONTRACTORS AND PERMIT FEES FOR SIGNS
REQUIRING PERMITS; AMENDING SECTION 1010.01, SUBDIVISION 7, AND SECTION 1015.21
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Code. Plymouth City Code, Section 1010.01, Subdivision 7
is hereby amended by the addition of the following:

Section. 2. Amendment of Code. Plymouth City Code, Section 1015.21, is hereby
amended by the addition of the following:
Type of Permit Fee or Charge
Signs Requiring Permits $15 per every 32 squere feet and fraction thereof of
surface area, up to and including 96 square feet; or,
$50, plus $5 per every 100 square feet and fraction
thereof of surface area, over 96 square feet.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective after its
passage and publication.
