AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDIHANCF TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED SOUTH OF
COUNTY ROAD 6, AND WEST OF FUTURE OLIVE LANE (17805 COUNTY ROAD 6) AS R -1A (LOW DENSITY
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT (84069)
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance 80-9 of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted
development) District to R -1A (low density single family residential) District with
respect to the hereinafter described property:
That part of S.E. 1/4 of S.E. 1/4 Section 30, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota lying southerly of Hennepin County State Aid Highway Number 6.
Excepting there from that portion platted as Schiebes Oakwood according to the
record plat thereof on file in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the development
of said property on?y in accordance with the approved General Development Plan No.
84069 subject to Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan approvals.
Section 3. Effective Date.
