AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED ?N THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF ZACHARY LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 9 AS R -1B (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL)
DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance N,. 80-9 cf the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, adapted June 15, 1980 as amended is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter
described property from FRO (future restricted development) District to R -1B (low
density residential) District:
ROBERT MIDDLEMIST 6TH ADDITION, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Section 2. General Development Plana This Ordinance authorizes the development of
said plat only in accordance with the General Development Plan approved as File No.
81041.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon filing the Final
Plat with Hens,epin County and upon its passage and publication.
