AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS OF RPUD 84-5
LOCATED WEST OF FERNBROOK LANE AND ALONG PROPOSED 34TH AVENUE NORTH, NORTHEASTERLY OF
THE CITY CENTER AS R -1A (LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT, R-3 (MEDIUM
DENSITY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE) DISTRICT, AND R-4 (HIGH DENSITY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE)
DISTRICT
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance 80-9 of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter
described property:
R -1A (low density single family residential) District: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block
3, AND
Lots 1, 2, Block 4, AND
Lots 1, 2, Block 5, PARK PLACE, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
R-3 (medium density multiple residence) District: Lot 1, Block 2, PARK PLACE,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
R-4 (high density multiple residence) District: Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 1, PARK
PLACE, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
FRD (future restricted development) District: Outlots A and B, PARK PLACE,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the development
of said property only in accordance with the General Development Plan No. 84-5, File
82049, subject to the plat and site plan approvals.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted by the City Council 6th day of Augusts 1984 .
