ORDINANCE NO. 84-15
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS OF RPUD 84-4
LOCATED EAST OF XENIUM LANE, AND EAST OF 36TH AVENUE EXTENDED AS R-2 (LOW DENSITY
MULTIPLE RESIDENCE) DISTRICT.
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance 80-9 of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted
development) District to R-2 (low density multiple residence) District with respect to
the hereinafter described property:
Lots 1 through 17, Block 1; Lots 1 through 15, Block 2; Lots 1 through 4, Block 3;
Lots 1 through 6, Block 4; Lots 1 through 4, Block 5; and, Lots 1 through 3, Block
6, HERITAGE WEST, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the development
of said property only in accordance with the approved Planned Unit RPUD 84-4 (84022)
subject to the plat and site plan approvals.
Section 3.

Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and
