ORDINANCE NO. 84-11
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS OF MPUD 84-1
LOCATED SOUTH OF 15TH AVENUE, NORTH OF 11TH AVENUE, AND WEST OF PINEVIEW LANE AS I-1
(PLANNED INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT AND R-2 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE) DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance 80-9 of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter
described property:
(I-1 Planned Industrial District)
Lot 22, Block 1, GLEN ECHO PONDS, Hennepin County, Minnesota
(R-2 Low Density Multiple Residence District)
Lots 1 - 21, Block 1; Lots 1 - 4, Block 2; Lots 1 - 1>, Block 3; Lot 1, Block 4;
Outlots A and D, GLEN ECHO PONDS, Hennepin County, Minnesota
(R -1A Low Density Single Family Residential District)
Outlots B and C, GLEN ECHO PONDS, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the development
of said property only in accordance with the General Development Plan approved for
the Mixed Planned Unit Development 84-1, File No. 84008 subject to the plat and site
plan approvals.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon filing of the
Final Plat with Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council the 16th day of APRIL , 1984.
