ORDINANCE NO. 84-08
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE LICENSING OF TAXI CABS:
AMENDING CHAPTER XI. BY REVISING SECTION 1145.17
The City Council of the City of Plymouth hereby ordains:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code Chapter X1. Section 1145.17 is amended to
read:
Section 1145. Taxi Cabs
1145.17. Names of Operators to be Furnished: firs Class B
License Required.
Prior to the commencement of operation under a certificate of public
necessity, the holder of the certificate shall furnish to the City
Clerk the names of all persons who will be operating taxicabs for the
certificate holder. Each such person shall be the holder of a valid
-d fftUL'S Class B license issued by the State of Minnesota.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 2ND DAY OF APRIL, 1984
