AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAMS OF RPUD 84 -
LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF 48TH AVENUE AND ZACHARY LANE AS R -1A (LOW DENSITY SINGLE F47ILP
RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance 80-9 of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter
described property:
(R -1A Low Density Single Family Residential District)
The South one-half of the North one-half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the development
of said property only Ln accordance w he General Development Plan approved for the
Planned Unit Dev(-lopment 84- , File No. 83059 subject to the plat and site plan
approvals.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
