ORDINANCE NO. 84-04
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN SECTION 3 ANn
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 83-14.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance 80-9 of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1180 as amended, is hereby amended by changino the
classification on the City of Plymouth loninq Map with respect to the hereinafter
described property:
(P -1A Low Density Sinqle Family Residential District)
Blocks 1, 2, and 3 and Outlots B, C, D, E, and F, BASS LAKE HEIGHTS
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the development
of said property only in accordance with the General Development Plan approved for the
Planned Unit Development 84-4 , File No. 83008 subiect to the plat anr+ site plan
approvals.
Section 3. Ordinance Re ealed. Ordinance No. 83-14 relative to the zonino of
this land is hereby repealed.
Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall Lake effect upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council 5th day of March , 19 84.
