ORDINANCE NO. 82-32
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CHAPTER V, PLANNING AND LAND USE REGULATIONS,
SECTION 500, SUBDIVISION AND PLATTING OF LAND: AMENDING SUB -SECTION 500.21,
SUBDIVISIONS 8 AND 10 OF THE PLY1`IOUTH CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The Plymouth City Code, Sub -section 500.21, Subdivision
8 is hereby amended as follows:
500.21. Subd. 8. Abutting Water and in Special Protection j
Districts. Lots abutting ew a water course, drainage way, channel,
lake, stream 9F, pond, le, or public water shall have additional depth
or width, as required to assure house sites that are not subject
to flooding. The platting or subdivision of lots in the flood
plain or Shoreland Management Overlay Special Protection Districts
are as subject to the Zoning Code provisions relating thereto.
Section 2. The Plymouth City Code, Sub -section 500.21, Subdivision
10 is hereby amended as follows:
500.21. Subd. 10. Non-residential Lots. Lots intended
for commercial, industrial or any use other than single family
residence must be designed as such, and the lot must be of adequate
size to allow off-street parking, loading areas and such other
facilities as are required to satisfy the requirements of the
Zoning Code. The platting or subdivision of such lots in the Flood
Plain or Shoreland Mana ement Overlay Special Protection Districts
are su jeLt to the Zoning Code provisions re atinq thereto

! Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage
f� and publication.
