AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO LICENSE FEES; AMENDINr,,
SECTION 1010.01, SUBDIVISION 4 OF THE CITY CODE
BY REPEALING PROVISIONS THEREIN RELATING TO
DUMPS AND LANDFILLS AND AMENDING PROVISIONS
RELATING TO SAUNAS AND MASSAGE PARLORS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1010.01, Subdivision 4 of the City Code is hereby
dmended to r-dd ds follows:
"Subd. 4 Hedlth dnd Sanitation
Garbage and Refuse Haulers 600 $ 50 1st vehicle plus

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication.
