ORDINANCE NO. 82-24
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED
AT 12235 COUNTY ROAD 9 AS R -1A (LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
DISTRICT.
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of
Plymouth adopted June 16, 1980, as amended, and known as the Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the classification of the City of
Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property as:
R -IA (Low Density Single Family Residential) District
and more fully described as:
That part of the East half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as:
i Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said East half; thence Easterly
{ along the North line of said East half a distance of 300.00 feet;
thence Southerly, parallel with the West line of said East half,
a distance of 273.85 feet; thence deflect to the left 90 degrees
I a distance of 180.00 feet; thence Southerly, parallel with the
West line of said East half a distance of 327.74 feet to the
j intersection of the South line of the North 600.00 feet of said
j East half; thence Westerly along said South line a distance of
480.01 feet to the intersection with the West line of said East
half; thence northerly along said West 600.02 feet line to the
point of beginning. P.I.N. = 14-118-22-31-0002
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 13th day of September , 19,82.
