ORDINANCE NO. 82-20
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE BY +
ADDING A SUBDIVISION ADOPTING
CHAPTER EIGHT OF THE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL RULES j
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Chapter 9 of the Plymouth City Code is hereby amended by adding
a new Section 940 as follows:
"Section 940 - Open Burning
940.01. Rules Adooted by Reference.
Chapter Eight, State of Minnesota Air Pollution Control Rules,
is adopted by reference and Is made a part of this code as if j
fully set forth herein. Any violation of the chapter herein
adopted by reference Is a violation of this code.
940.02. Persons Designated to Issue Permits.
Either the City Fire Inspector and/or the City Environmental
Officer are hereby authorized to issue permits under this
chapter. The signature of either official is necessary for a i
permit to be issued.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication.
Adopted this 2nd day of August, 1982.
