ORDINANCE NO. 82-14
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ANIMAL CONTROL:
AMENDING THE CITY CODE BY ADDING SUBSECTION 915.23
RELATING TO WILD AND VICIOUS ANIMALS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
i Section 1. Plymouth City Code is amended by adding a new subsection to
Chapter IX, Section 915 to read as follows:
915.23. Wild or Vicious Animals Prohibited. No person shall keep or
allow to be kept anyplace in the City any animal of a ferocious
or vicious character habit or disposition or any animal which is
wild by nature.
Section 2. This amendment shall be effective upon passage and publication.
