AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED
AT 13501 COUNTY ROAD 15 AS R -IA 'LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-09 of the City
of Plymouth adopted June 16, 1930, and known as the Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City
of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described property
as:
(R -1A Low Density Single Family Residential District)
That part of the East 348 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SWI/4
of Section 34, Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the
5th Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying
North of the South 430 feet thereof, and lying South of the
counterline of County Road 15.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the /77' day of /Y%, 1982.
