HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1982-02CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 82-02 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED NORTHEAST OF PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD AND 37TH AVENUE NORTH AS: (HIGH DENISTY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT) Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980, and known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the classifi- cation of the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the herein- after described property as: R-4 (HIGH DENSITY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT) Outlot E "Plymouth Hills Revised". Section 2. General Development Pian. This Ordinance authorizes the development of said tract only in accordance with the General Development Plan, approved for residential. Planned Unit Development, File 81073, subject to plat and site plan approvals. Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon publication. The alarm user shall be given notice of the proposed revocation of suspension and be provided an opportunity to informally present evidence to the Public Safety Director prior to the final decision on revocation or suspension. Anyone aggrieved by the decision of the Public Safety Director may appeal that decision to the City Council. 1155.15. Criminal Penalties. Subd. 1. Any alarm user who continues to use an alarm system after receiving notice of revocation or suspension by the Public Safety jDirector shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred '3 dollars ($500.00) and by imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days. i i Subd. 2. Any person required by this ordinance to obtain .,n alarm j user's permit who knowingly fails to do so shall be guilty of a i misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars (5500.00) and by imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days. I t 1155.17. Senarability. Every section, provision, or part of this ordinance is declared separable from every other section, provision or part; and if any section, provision or part of any ordinance shall he held invalid, it shall not affect any other section, provision or part thereof.
