ORDINANCE NO. 81-26
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN
LANDS LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF I-494 AND STATE HIGHWAY
55 INTERSECTION AS:
A) PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
B) OFFICE LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordina-ice No. 80-9 of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted June 16, 1980, and known as the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the classi-
fication on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the
hereinafter described property as:
I-1 Planned Industrial District
The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22,
Township 118, Range 22.
B-1 Office Limited Business District
The North 450 feet of the West 420 feet of Tract B, Registered Lane
Survey No. 1173, files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying east of the easterly right-of-way of Interstate
Highway No. 494 as described in Document 918831;
and
The North 400 feet of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 22, Township 118, Range 22 lying west of the west line of
Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 1173 files of the Registrar of
Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and lying east of the easterly
right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 494 as described in
Document No. 918831.
Section 2. General Development Plan. ThisArdinance authorizes the
development of said tracts only in accordance with the General
Development Plan, approved for Mixed Planned Unit Development 81-1,
File 80062, subject to plat and site plan approvals.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 21st day of December, 1981.
