ORDINANCE NO. 81-23
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND
LOCATED SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 10 AND BETWEEN DEERWOOD LANE AND
ZACHARY LANE AS R-2 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9 of the
City of Plymouth adopted June 16, 1980, and known as the Plymouth
Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the classification
on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter
described property as:
(R-2 Low Density Multiple Residence District RPUD 81-4)
That part of Government Lot 9, Section 2, Township 118, Range 22,
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Government Lot 9;
thence west along the North line thereof a distance of 380.8
feet; thence south parallel with the East line thereof a
distance of 208.71 feet; thence west parallel with the North
line thereof a distance of 208.71 feet; thence north parallel
with the East line thereof to the North line of said Govern-
ment Lot 9; thence west along the North line thereof a
distance of 650.11 feet; thence South 60 05' 30 West a
distance of 438.45 feet; thence South 29° 47' 06" West a
distance of 363.57 feet; thence South 38° 54' 30" East a
distance of 442.07 feet; thence South 21° 38' 05" West a
distance of 300.27 feet to the South line of said Government
Lot 9; thence east to the Southeast corner thereof; thence
north to the point of beginning.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This ordinance authorizes
the development of said tract only in accordance with the General
Development Plan consisting of one (1) exhibit marked 81011
RPUD 81-4.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect u:'on

Adopted by the City Council the 2nd day o November, 1981.
