ORDINANCE NO. 81-22
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND
LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF HIGHWAY 55 AND VICKSBURG LANE AS
I-1 (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 80-9
of the City of Plymouth adopted June 16, 1980, and known as the Plymouth
'.j Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the classification on
the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter described
property as:
0-1 Planned Industrial District)
That part of the Southerly 535 feet of the Southeast 1/4
of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 20 lying North and East of
the proposed Medina Road center line.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 19 n day of October 1981.
